Why can’t I see the prices on your website?
Aidangus is a wholesale brand and sells exclusively to approved retailers.
To view pricing and place orders, you must first register for a wholesale account (for which you require an ABN to sign up) and be approved by our team.
Once your account is approved and you log in to your account, you will be able to:
- View wholesale pricing
- Place an order.
How to buy your products?
Ordering from Aidangus is simple.
Step 1: Create a wholesale account:
Apply for an account through our Wholesale Registration Page.
Step 2: Wait for approval
Our team will review your application. And approve your application promptly, you should receive a confirmation email to inform you once approved.
Step 3: Log in and place your order
After logging in, you can browse the products, view prices, and submit your order through the website.
I don’t have an ABN – Can I still buy?
No – we only sell to registered businesses with a valid ABN.
If you are a customer wanting to purchase, please use our Stockist Finder to locate a store near you.
If there are no stockists in your area or you need further assistance, please contact us through the live chat feature or email us at sales@aidangus.com.au, and we can assist you.
Why can’t I check out like a normal online store?
Because we are a wholesale business, shipping costs are calculated after the order is submitted.
When you place an order through the website:
- Your order is submitted to our team
- We calculate the shipping cost based on your location and order size
- We send you a final invoice including shipping
How to view our collection in person?
Our collection can be viewed in person by visiting our Showroom at:

We have agents located in NSW, QLD, WA and Victoria that can showcase the range to you. Please check out the Agents page in the bottom footer for more information.
Or we present our collection twice a year at the Reed Gift Fairs in Sydney in February and Melbourne in August.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated after the order is placed.
Costs depend on:
- Order size and weight
- Shipping Destination
- Courier rates at the time of shipment
You will receive the final shipping cost on your invoice provided.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship using trusted carriers, including:
- Transdirect
- Direct Freight
- TNT
- Australia Post
The best option is selected based on your location and which courier is the most competitive on price for your specific order and location.
Is there a minimum order?
For new customers, the minimum opening order is $500 AUD.
Reorders can be smaller depending on availability.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns for a change of mind.
Returns are only accepted for Faulty items.
If your item is faulty:
- Contact us as soon as possible
- We will access the issue
- We can offer either:
- A replacement, or
- A credit towards your next order
How do I pay for my order?
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an invoice from our team with the final amount, including freight charges.
Payment options:
- Payment from the MYOB invoice.
- Bank Transfer (direct debit) using the details on the invoice provided.
- Card payment over the phone.
How do I become a stockist?
To apply:
- Complete the wholesale registration form on our website.
- Submit your business details
- Wait for approval from our team.
Please Note:
- Applications without a valid ABN will not be approved.
- Your application may be declined if your postcode is already serviced by an existing stockist.
How to find a stockist?
You can find the nearest stockist by:
- Using the Stockist section, we have a map of our most current stockists.
If you can’t find a store near you:
- Contact us via live chat or email, and we will assist you.
I have an account, but can’t see prices:
Make sure you are logged into your approved wholesale account.
If you still can’t see prices, please contact us, and we will help you resolve the issue.
I forgot my password.
If you forgot your password:
- Contact us via live chat or email
- Our team will reset your password and send you a new one.
If you want to reset your password:
- Click the account icon (top right corner of the website)
- Go to Account Details
- The account settings again in your user dashboard
- Scroll down to change the password and apply.
